MTF

Jazz trumpet, beatbox, rap and flamenco are seemingly a totally incompatible musical combination; but only until this year’s Pivo in cvetje Laško festival, because the MTF music-dance project will deliver a proof to the contrary. A totally new band featuring the most famous Slovenian beatboxer and rapper Murat, one of the best jazz trumpet players Tomaž Gajšt and the flamenco dancer Urška Centa, caught between Madrid and Ljubljana. They promise something completely new, fresh, relaxed, interesting, inspiring, and especially crazy fun – a show for all your senses!

On the Special stage, they will be accompanied by a group of known musicians united in the cosmic jazz band Sub-Lime: Lenart Krečič (saxophone), Damir Mazrek (percussion), Tadej Kampl (bass) and Kristjan Kranjčan (drums). But this is still not all, because they will also be joined by one of the best Slovenian musicians of modern times, currently living in New York, Marko Črnčec; who is on the global music scene known as a master multi-instrumentalist, composer, arranger and producer.
In any case, we can expect an excellent and unprecedented musical experience!
